We ship through Australia Post. Shipping time to regional areas will vary.
Unless your item is listed as "pre-order", items you have purchased are in stock and ready to ship from Perth. We aim to ship items within one business day from the day your order is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code. You can use this tracking code to check the location of your shipment via the Australia Post website. Australia Post will also send you emails where you can opt for "Safe Drop".
We are more than happy to do our best to accommodate any special requests, such as shipping bridesmaid dresses to multiple addresses, expediting shipping and organising pre-orders. Please contact us to arrange any special requests. At times, if shipping has not been charged (e.g. free shipping coupon code), we may send small items by regular mail, with no tracking code.
If your item is listed as "pre-order", all items in your order will be shipped together once the final item arrives. To make alternative arrangements, please purchase pre-order items separately or contact us to make arrangements.
If you do not receive a "shipped" email from us, please check your junk mail folder or contact us as at times email addresses have been entered by customers incorrectly.
Whether you're in New Zealand, USA, Japan, Canada, the Philippines, Samoa, almost anywhere in the world, we can ship to you! Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of $20 AUD. Shipping time will vary, depending on your country, our estimation is 5-15 business days. Tracking is not always available on international deliveries.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we offer a full refund, exchange or store credit. If you elect to receive a refund, Omika will reimburse you for the price paid for the item, including shipping, and also the cost incurred when shipping the item back to us. Please email us at email@example.com if you require a refund or exchange for items which are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please email us before sending back your product.
In all other circumstances, such as if you have changed your mind or require a different size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE sending back your item. Items must be posted back within 7 days of receipt, with the post mark indicating the date. Please note that items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Upon receipt of your items, Omika can offer you:
i. an exchange (product of the same price), or
ii. store credit plus $9.95 for shipping of your replacement item.
If you select an exchange, your item/s will be shipped to you free of charge (Australian customers only). If you select store credit, we will credit your online Omika account with the price paid for your product plus $9.95 to cover shipping of your replacement item. Please see our Terms of Sale for detailed information. Original shipping will not be credited to your account. In order to issue to store credit you must have or create an Omika account.
MADE TO MEASURE: If you have ordered an item which was made to measure, Omika does does not accept returns unless the item if faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we can offer a full refund including the cost of shipping.
STANDARD SIZES: If you have pre-ordered formal wear (that was not made to measure), Omika can offer a full refund if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If you have changed your mind, and wish to exchange or refund the item, a restocking fee may be charged.
