Do you have a store I can visit? At this time Omika is purely an online store. At times we host pop-up stores in Perth and interstate. If you would like us to visit your location, or if you have an event you would like us to participate in, please contact us.

Can I purchase a gift certificate? Yes! Available in any amount from $20-$1000. You can buy your gift certificate here. Gift certificates are emailed to the recipient as soon as your transaction is complete. If you would like to delay the date/time they receive the gift certificate, please enter your own email address as the recipient, and you will be able to forward the email to the recipient at a date of your choosing. We hope in future that we can offer an automated option so you can select a day/time at a future date.
Which payment methods do you accept? You can make your purchase quickly using your Paypal account or pay using your credit/debit card on our website. Omika's website uses Stripe and does not have access to any customer card details. When you pay via Paypal, you can select to pay using your nominated credit or debit card or nominated bank account.
Do you sell plus-size clothing? Yes! The easiest way to find plus size dresses is to use the search box in the top right hand corner of your screen, and type "plus". We look forward to adding a greater variety of sizes to our collection in future.

An item is sold out/unavailable - will you be restocking the item? We can reorder some items, however other items are limited and cannot be reordered. New stock can take 2-8 weeks to arrive at our store. Please contact us to let us know which product you are after and which size. Once your order is on it's way to our store, we will send you a custom link for your order.
I am after something specific - can you order it in for me? We LOVE to help our customers find what they really want - please contact us to let us know if you are looking for something specific - let us know the item, when you need it and other details such as style and colour, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I pre-ordered an item but I haven't heard from Omika? At times we accept pre-orders for out of stock or new items - if you have not heard from us it is likely that emails we have sent you are in your junk mail folder. Once your order is on it's way, we will send you an email with your payment link. Omika will always send up to three emails to ensure that you have the opportunity to pay for and receive your preorder. We will also endeavour to contact you by phone. If we do not hear from you within two weeks of our first email, unfortunately we will need to place your items on our website for purchase by the general public. Please do not hesistate to contact us at Omika about your preorder.
I haven't received my newsletter? If you signed up for exclusive offers and updates but haven't received any newsletters (usually 2-3 per month), please email us here. Please also check your junk mail folder, just in case!
